REGISTRATION
All fees are due in advance. Payment must be in Italian Liras or Euro either by bank check drawn to an Italian Bank, credit card or money order payable to Congress Team Project account n.30062/52 of the bank: Banco Ambrosiano Veneto -swift code BAVE IT MM 066 - IBAN IT42X030

REGISTRATION FEE (VAT included) L. 384.000 / € 198,32
The registration fee includes: participation in the scientific session and technical exhibit, coffee-breaks, lunch, social dinner, meeting bag, attendance certificate.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation received in writing prior to September 5, will be refunded less a ITL 100 .000 (€ 51,65) administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after the Meeting.

ACCOMMODATION
A block of room has been reserved for the delegates. These rooms are available at a special rate, representing a significant discount of the usual seasonal rates. The payment of one night room plus ITL. 30,000 / € 15,49 as administrative fee, is requested to hold your reservation. Payment must be made in advance in Italian Liras or Euro either by bank check, credit card or money order made payable to Congress Team Project.
Reservations and deposit received after the block of room has been filled, are subject to space and availability in other hotels on a first come fist served basis.
Reservations will be refunded (less one night room rate and the administrative fee) if written cancellation is received 30 days prior to the arrival date. Please specify single or double occupancy and return the reservation form.

Room rates include single or double occupancy, continental breakfast, access to the beach end beach service, fitness centre and hotel taxes.

TRANSPORTATION
The Excelsior Palace Hotel is approximately 15 miles from Genoa airport and 65 miles from Milano Malpensa airport. It's located 1/2 miles from the railway station in Rapallo. Taxi fares from Genoa to Rapallo are roughly ITL 150.000. Trains from Genoa to Rapallo every 20 minutes.

CLIMATE AND CLOTHING
The weather in september is usually mild and sunny. It is advisable to bring a medium weight jacket and an overcoat since evenings may be cooler .

EXHIBITION
A medical and scientific exhibition will take piace during the meeting.

FREE COMMUNICATION AND POSTER SESSIONS
Free communication and poster sessions are planned on 28th September afternoon.
Abstract related to the topics of the meetinE containing no more than 300 words in Word format should be sent by e-mail to the organising secretariat : bda@congressteam.com
In a separate page, name and complete contact address of presenting author should be provided.
Deadlines: Abstracts must be received by 30th June 2001
Authors will be informed of acceptance by 31 st July 2001
