Epilepsy registration deadline: Extended to 20 June 2005
MS registration deadline: 20 November 2005
Parkinson's registration deadline: 31 March 2006
Stroke registration deadline: 30 October 2006

Registrants will be accepted according to the arrival date of their online registration form and faxed confirmation of bank-transfer payment. Once full, workshop registration will be closed, even if prior to the deadlines specified above.
